These terms apply to the use of this website and to towing and roadside assistance services provided by Akanaby Logistics Inc. Booking a service means you accept them.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Service descriptions, coverage areas and availability may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee that a particular service is available at a particular moment.

Quotes and pricing

Prices are quoted on the phone based on the information you give us: your location, the vehicle, the service required and the destination. If the situation on arrival is materially different from what was described — for example the vehicle is in a different condition, position or location — the price may change, and we will tell you before we proceed.

Arrival times

Any arrival estimate we give is an estimate, made in good faith at the time of your call. Traffic, weather, road closures and call volume can affect it. We will keep you informed if the estimate changes.

Your vehicle and belongings

• You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised to request its removal.
• Please remove valuables and personal belongings before the vehicle is transported. We are not responsible for items left inside.
• Tell us about existing damage, modifications, low clearance, all-wheel drive, aftermarket parts or anything else that affects how the vehicle must be loaded.

Lockouts

We require proof that a vehicle belongs to you, or that you are authorised to access it, before we open it.

Private property removals

Vehicles are removed from private property only at the request of the property owner or their authorised agent, and in accordance with Massachusetts law and applicable local requirements.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and mobile payment.

Cancellations

If you no longer need the truck, call us as soon as possible. A charge may apply if a truck has already been dispatched or has arrived.

Liability

We carry insurance appropriate to the towing services we provide. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability in connection with a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
